1. Q: How long does it take to fully charge a car?
A: It varies on different models. Taken BMW i4 eDrive40 for example, the battery capacity is 83.9kWh and the on-board charger is 11kW. If you install a 11kW/7kW charger at home, it takes 83.9kWh/11kW=7.6 hours to fully charge the vehicle.
2. Q: Can I charge my car when electricity price is low?
A:Yes, users can set the charging time through mobile APP.
3. Q: I would like to install a 7kW charger. The total input of my home is 11kW, while I have other home appliances which could reach 8kW when all of them are working. Do you have a solution for my situation?
A: Yes, we provide dynamic load balance function. It will measure the total input of your home, total consumption of your other appliances, then the rest power will be distributed to EV charging. So that the charger can always charge at its maximum allowed power.
4. Q: Can I charge my EV when I am not at home?
A:Yes, when you leave the house, please connect the charger to the EV and set up the charging time through mobile APP. The charger will charge the EV automatically at the set time.
5. Q: What's the product warranty policy?
A: All the goods purchased from our company can enjoy two years free warranty. In case of any failure, we provide free replacement charger.

A: 7 days for samples(no logo); 3~4 weeks for batch order(customized logo).
